Ashdod | Must see 68 Ashdod Beaches The broadest and most beautiful shoreline in Israel, the golden beaches that are rated the cleanest beaches in the county year after year, the high level of services and abundance of beach facilities, handicapped accessibility, and the events and activities offered, all made this coastal city especially attractive to tourists from both Israel and from abroad. The Corinne Mamane Museum of Philistine Culture The only museum in the world dedicated to the history of the Philistines is situated in Quarter Dalet (4), and offers a fascinating journey into Philistine-era of Ashdod.
