The citadel drain – named after the late Yohai Elkayam, a resident of the city of Ashdod. A man of kindness and giving, the salt of the earth and loved by the garters. Who lost his life when he went in to save a drowning man on this beach 8th of Elul 5778, 19.08.2018 and he was 28 years old at the time of his death.
