Agoz was a ship that was used to immigrate Moroccan Jews to the State of Israel. The ship operated secretly, the Jewish immigrants acted against the policy in their country. In 1961 the ship sank with all 44 passengers on board. The monument is located at the intersection of Dov Gur and Shlomo Ben Yosef streets.
